• Tickets must always be paid for in advance through the website.
• In the event of cancellation by the Monaco Streaming Film Festival guests will be entitled to full refunds for tickets purchased.
• We reserve the right to retain the full value of the ticket if guests do not cancel their purchased ticket before 12:00 CET 30th April, or in the event of no show at the event.
• We reserve the right to retain half of the value of the ticket if guests do not cancel their purchased ticket before 12:00 CET 31st March.
• Full refunds will be given for purchased tickets if cancelled prior to 12:00 CET 31st March.
